  3. Return visa for foreigners in the Netherlands without a valid residence permit who need to urgently travel abroad.
  4.  Long-stay visa–   MVV authorisation for temporary stay for some nationalities who want to apply for a residence permit. You can apply for a residence permit and MVV in two ways: through a host in the Netherlands (such as an employer, family member or educational institution), or in person at a Dutch embassy or consulate.
